    Cancellation Policy

    All Bookings are subject to Studio Exhibit Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 5 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their Booking Price.

    Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of their Booking Price.

    Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

    No smoking

    No glitter, it will be an extra a charge for cleaning.

    Excessive cleaning or damage will result in an additional charge.

    No music after 10pm

    Place trash in the bins. Break down boxes. If there's many bags, we kindly ask to bring them to the corner of Orchard St and Grand St. Make sure the time of your rental includes setup and break down. Extra charges may apply.

    Leave the space in the same condition you found it.

    Furniture and equipment provided must be treated with care.

    Not sure how to use some equipment? Not a problem, feel free to ask our host, we are happy to help.

    Renter/guest will be held responsible for any damage inflicted in the studio equipment while in their possession.

    If the place is left in very unclean and messy conditions, it will be a deduction from your deposit.

    Music levels must be kept at a reasonable level, so as to be respectful of our neighbors.

    Rental time includes load-in, setup, prep and cleaning.

    Rental time starts at the prescribed starting time and ends at the prescribed ending time, regardless of renter is late.

    If the time of your booking is up, and you are still not finished with your photoshoot or event your time will be extended to 30 minutes minimum. Please, vacate the space on time to avoid extra fees.

    All professional photo lighting is included in the cost of booking.

    Backdrop is $15 per pull.

    Please, make sure to leave the triggers with the host after the shoot is over. Fee for a new trigger is $60 + tax

    Please, text our host upon the end of your booking to check out, he/she will come to clean and check the equipment.

    You can extend the time of your studio photo shoot if there is no other booking after you. Minimal extend time is 30 minutes.

    Please, do not use the hallway to change clothes or to keep things/equipment. You can use the studio space and restrooms. Please, inform your crew on that matter.

    Cleaning fee is reflected in invoice and contract.
